Our Weight Loss Challenge (WLC) is a 12-week program that advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages exercise. Each person will receive personalized one-on-one coaching weekly and are assigned a personal wellness coach. Some of the topics that will be discussed are: protein intake, calorie intake, digestive health, making sense of carbohydrates, importance of hydration, understanding fats, dining out, exercise, heart health, and maintaining long term wellness.
